We provide full-time professionals based in South Africa who integrate directly into your operations, client service, or marketing function. While they work inside your business day to day, Outsourcerers are our permanent employees – fully trained, supported, and managed by our HQ. You get the reliability of a full-time hire without the cost, HR admin, or long-term risk.

We place dedicated professionals into real roles within your business. Unlike freelancers, our Outsourcerers are full-time employees of ours, trained, supported, and committed for the long term. Unlike agencies, you work directly with your Outsourcerer, who integrates into your team and focuses solely on your goals. No overheads, no HR admin, no long contracts, just the consistency of a full-time hire without the hassle.

All Outsourcerers are permanent employees of Outsourcery. We handle everything from hiring and onboarding to training, performance tracking, and providing cover during leave or sickness. This gives you all the benefits of a reliable team member without taking on the responsibilities of being an employer.

Outsourcery is a fully remote company with teams working from both South Africa and the UK. Your Outsourcerer works remotely from South Africa and integrates directly into your day-to-day operations, with ongoing support from our internal team.

We support UK-based entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses across various industries. Most of our clients have between 1 and 20 team members and generate between £200,000 and £10 million in annual revenue. They come to us for flexible, role-specific support that helps reduce workload, improve consistency, and scale without growing internal headcount.

FLEX hiring model

FLEX is our fractional hiring model. It gives you access to premium remote support professionals on a monthly subscription, starting from 20 hours a month, without committing to full-time headcount.

FLEX is designed for support roles such as virtual assistants, marketing support, customer support, and operational roles. These professionals take ownership of their role and integrate into your team.

Yes. FLEX can scale from fractional hours up to full-time support. Many clients start part-time and increase hours as their needs grow, without restarting the hiring process.

FLEX runs on a monthly subscription. You can scale hours up or down as your needs change, making it ideal for fluctuating workloads or evolving priorities.

In many cases, FLEX support can be allocated within 48 hours, depending on role requirements and availability, allowing you to move quickly without long recruitment timelines.

Outsourcery employs the team member. We manage payroll, leave, HR, and compliance, so you avoid employment risk while gaining embedded support.

If the fit is not right, we arrange a talent swap as quickly as possible to ensure continuity with minimal disruption.

Every FLEX client has a dedicated Client Success Manager, structured onboarding, regular check-ins, and HQ support to ensure ongoing performance and alignment.

DIRECT hiring model

DIRECT is our full-time hiring model. It allows you to hire a dedicated remote professional for any remotable role, while Outsourcery remains the legal employer.

DIRECT can be used for any remotable role across operations, finance, marketing, sales, technology, data, legal, and more.

Yes. DIRECT is designed for full-time hires where consistent ownership and long-term capacity are required.

Most DIRECT roles are filled within 28 days. We handle sourcing, vetting, and shortlisting so you only meet candidates who meet your requirements.

Outsourcery remains the employer. We manage contracts, payroll, benefits, leave, and compliance while you manage the day-to-day work.

DIRECT includes structured setup and onboarding support to ensure a smooth start, with ongoing HR and compliance managed by Outsourcery.

Talent, quality and onboarding

HR, compliance and risk

Outsourcery handles all HR, payroll, contracts, leave management, and compliance, removing legal and administrative risk for you.

We manage leave in line with local employment requirements, with you included in the approval process for all holiday leave.

For FLEX clients, we aim to provide leave cover as part of the monthly fee wherever possible. In some cases, cover may not be available, for example where the role requires specialist knowledge or where unplanned sick leave occurs and no suitable capacity is immediately available.

For DIRECT hires, no continuity cover is provided. The individual operates as a dedicated full-time member of your team, and leave is handled in the same way as if they were your direct employee.

If a team member leaves, we manage the replacement process to minimise disruption and maintain continuity.

You start by booking a call. We discuss your role, hours, and goals, then recommend FLEX or DIRECT based on your needs.

We source or allocate suitable talent, introduce you to shortlisted candidates, and manage contracts and setup once you are ready to proceed.

FLEX runs on a rolling monthly subscription. DIRECT is designed for longer-term full-time hires, with notice periods agreed upfront. We are always clear about commitments before you proceed.
