Our service is built on a flexible monthly subscription. You choose the number of hours based on the role you need filled, starting from as little as 20 hours per month. Your Outsourcerer becomes a dedicated member of your team in that role.

Yes. In addition to our subscription plans, we offer a recruitment service for clients who want to hire a remote professional directly. This is ideal if you are building your own in-house remote team but want help with finding and vetting the right candidate.
Our recruitment service includes everything from role scoping and advertising to screening, interviews, and offer management. We also carry out background checks at the offer stage, including references, ID, credit, and criminal record checks. Once you have made your decision, we assist with onboarding and handover.
Yes. If your new hire leaves or is terminated within the first 90 days, we will rerun the process once at no extra cost. If we are unable to find a suitable replacement within eight weeks, we offer a partial refund based on how long the original hire stayed in the role.
